Customer Service/Sales Representative - County Materials

We are seeking Customer Service/Sales Representative for our customer, County Materials in Green Bay WI.

Job Duties:

• Deliver a high-level customer service experience.
• Maintain effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue.
• Provide support to all sales team members' activities and clients as required.
• Work closely with customers and contractors to select landscape and masonry products that best fit their needs.
• Responsible for assisting customers with loading purchased materials, including operating yard equipment. Training operating equipment provided.
• Develop and update location product displays and maintain showroom appearance.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with sales transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare inventory, shipping and receiving, and cash reconciliation reports.
• Operate forklift/skid steer in the yard

Work Environment:

• Work in an office/Retail environment as well as working in the yard in various weather.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle samples and products up to 80 lbs.
• Standing / Walking / Climbing.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with high-level customer-facing service environment.
• Experience with Landscape/Masonry product lines is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating yard equipment such as skid steer, front end loader, and forklift desired but not required.
• Retail or Sales experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Working knowledge and computerproficiency.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong mathematical skills.
