We are seeking a MDO Development Technical Support Analyst to support government customers in a development of threat systems to support Multidomain Operations (MDO). The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, understanding of major military operations and Electromagnetic system capabilities, the ability to multitask to support a variety of development programs and phases, and a proactive approach to balancing program priorities and project deadlines. This position requires exceptional written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, other vendors and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems to support the MDO range activities at CONUS and OCONUS US Army test and training ranges.
• Prepare technical requirements for system to support operational testing.
• Coordinate threat simulation systems development to ensure systems are available and operational during test and training events.
• Develop or evaluate technical proposals or documentation such as test plans, scenarios and capability statements to support system development.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to define objectives and requirements.
• Participate in technical and provisioning working groups
• Represent the team at routine internal and customer meetings
• Support customer on-site acceptance testing, validation and verification events

Required

• BS or BA in related field
• 10 years' experience with a focus on DoD and military applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Availability for up to 25% travel
• Must have a DoD Secret security clearance

Desired

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Understanding of the Radio Frequency Spectrum
• Understanding of tactical and strategic military systems
• Understanding of DoD logistics processes and documentation
