DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Supports Leadership in preparing capital and/or operating budgets under Finance's general direction.
  • Reviews purchase orders against approved budgets, researches and resolves discrepancies.
  • Researches and prepares monthly budget variance summaries.
  • Ensures that asset inventory systems are accurately maintained and escalates concerns or issues accordingly.
  • Manages and maintains proper inventory levels.
  • Tracks and reports on various financial operations and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Updates existing documentation for changes in processes and prepares control documentation, flowcharts, policies and procedures.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of procurement and contracts - purchasing processes, workflows and best practices.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:



  • Three (3) to four (4) years of related financial operations experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and general related knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, determine appropriate actions and complete projects with little direction.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of accounting.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
