Title: Inventory Control Analyst -1st Shift

You will be based Kinston, NC.

Your main tasks:

  • Run variance reports, research variances and make corrections daily
  • Take action to resolve root cause on inventory control issues
  • Investigate and remedy all negative on hand balances from system generated reports, identify root cause, and communicate to management the findings
  • Participate/Lead improvement activities, as it relates to inventory control
  • Responsible for overseeing or conducting physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt
  • audits/reconciliations/ and ad-hoc inventories based on the needs of the planning group

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or the equivalent to
  • Two years' experience in Manufacturing and/or a Distribution Center
  • EMS Yellow Gear Certification is required and must be earned within one year of the job award
  • Experience with both written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
  • Microsoft Office use in prior work experiences
