Position Title: Material Handler Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Sunday - Thursday) Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Responsibilities/Duties: - Work closely with the Production Manager and internal teams to ensure company objectives are met - Set up materials for various operators, including Stitcher, Perfect Binder, Cutter, Folder, and Mailroom Operators - Replace and remove scrap boxes throughout the Bindery - Complete daily maintenance checklists for forklifts - Read and interpret job tickets and load tags accurately - Properly and accurately load all mail and scrap trucks - Maintain accurate records and ensure proper housekeeping - Remove paper bales and replenish empty skids - Transport printed goods from presses and stitchers - Follow all required safety procedures, including PPE use, ergonomics, and chemical hazard precautions Qualifications: - Ability to stand for 8-10 hours - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Forklift experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment - Ability to work independently and with others - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English - Ability to work overtime as needed sheboygan@qpsemployment.com IND045 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
