Outreach and Programming Coordinator - Office of Global Services Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. Requirements The Outreach and Programming Coordinator (OPC), Office of Global Services - Georgetown University provides general administrative and logistical support for all functions related to international student services (ISS), coordinates the clerical functions of the student workers, and plans and facilitates programming and events for international students. The Office of Global Services (OGS) serves over 3,600 international students and scholars who study, conduct research, and teach at Georgetown as well as those students who remain in the United States post-graduation to gain practical work experience. Duties include but are not limited to:
Work Interactions The OPC reports directly to the Associate Director (AD) for International Student Services on all student immigration issues and reports indirectly to the Director of OGS for all logistical / budgetary matters related to programming and events. The incumbent works closely with the incoming international student OGS team and hires, supervises, and schedules student workers. To coordinate the in-person Immigration Sessions at the start of each semester, the OPC works closely with campus partners to avoid overlap and ensure clear communications with students and related offices/programs at the University. The position also provides administrative support for all International Student Services and International Scholar Services staff members, and as such, is indirectly accountable to all full-time staff. The OPC supervises student workers that support both teams. The position actively supports the acculturation of international students at Georgetown University. Requirements and Qualifications

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
