About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving growth for our new direct-to-consumer website and building our presence on social commerce platforms. The candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, a passion for music, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.

Pay and Benefits:



  • $101,000 - $127,000 per year

Responsibilities:



  • Own the performance marketing strategy for Elixir Strings' direct to consumer ecommerce platforms
  • Develop, implement and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on our direct-to-consumer website
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and derive insights for ongoing optimization to drive consumer acquisition and retention
  • Optimize social commerce shops on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring seamless integration with our e-commerce site
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and consumer segments to improve conversion rates and increase website traffic
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborative, self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, tight knit team environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive
  • Develop and present reports that translate data into business recommendations


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in performance marketing with in-depth understanding bottom of funnel activities directly contributing to yearly revenue goals
  • Demonstrated experience in Ecommerce and/or DTC Strategic Planning
  • Proven experience with managing agencies to successfully create digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or other paid media platforms
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo and/or Big Commerce dashboards
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and influencing across the organization to achieve business growth
  • Proven ability to use attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation to increase sales
  • Ability to travel 10%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in music industry or consumer goods a plus
  • Passion for music and/or familiarity with the music industry is a plus
