Position Summary: CAS is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources, who is a visionary and strategic leader. This position requires a dynamic leader with proven capabilities to steer the HR function and company through a significant period of growth and transformation. The VP, HR will be pivotal in managing and enhancing the human resources landscape, driving organizational change, and fostering a culture of excellence. Reporting directly to the CAS President, this role is simultaneously accountable to the ACS EVP of Human Resources, with a dotted-line reporting relationship. The VP, HR will oversee a dedicated team of approximately 15 HR professionals, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Change Management practitioners, Learning & Development professionals, and HR generalists. The Vice President, Human Resources, will be at the forefront of evolving CAS through significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate's primary responsibilities will include developing and executing HR strategies that align with CAS's goals and objectives and ACS' organizational objectives and enterprise HR strategy, enhancing the talent sophistication within the organization, driving competitive positioning, and partnering closely with leadership to elevate value CAS delivers to global customers. They will lead a robust HR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that supports the organization's strategic goals. The VP, HR will also play a crucial role in guiding the organization through strategic transformations, ensuring alignment and engagement at all levels.
