Human Resources Specialist (Accountability)

LOCATION: Washington, DC

POSITION TYPE: Onsite

Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist (Accountability) supports HR program auditing and accountability functions in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance of HR programs through thorough auditing processes and accountability measures. The ideal candidate must be DE certified and have experience in HR program auditing. DHS experience is preferred.


Requirements:


  • DE Certification required.



  • Proven experience in HR program auditing and ensuring program compliance.



  • Strong knowledge of federal HR regulations and auditing standards.



  • Ability to develop and implement accountability measures for HR programs.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




Preferred Qualifications:


  • DHS experience is a plus.



  • Experience with federal HR systems and accountability processes.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and teams.
