The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA), is responsible for providing primary health care to individuals and families who will be accessing care at Stout Street Health Recuperative Care Center (SSRCC), or any of our other clinical sites. This position is for a PRN NP/PA, mostly working weekends and holidays. The minimal requirement is 2-10-hour shifts per month. The NP/PA would provide high-quality acute, chronic, and preventive care across the full age span, and works collaboratively with the SSHC multidisciplinary integrated health team. Coalition Benefits
