Job Description

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) is a worldwide leader in water recovery, treatment

and reuse. We design and supply a range of water systems, from food and beverage applications, to

The Treasury Analyst will be a vital part of the WTS Treasury Department and will support the whole

Treasury team. Frequent interactions with both internal (legal, IT, Accounting, domestic and

overseas legal entities) and external (mainly banks) parties is expected, so you should be

comfortable interacting with all of them both via email, phone/google meetings as well as in person.

The Treasury Department is growing and taking on additional responsibilities. There are many

opportunities to improve our processes and procedures and are looking for someone that can

identify inefficiencies and act upon improving this. This is a great starting position for someone who

is interested in pursuing a career in Corporate Treasury!

Duties & Responsibilities

* Prepare and/or approve manual payment requests

* Initiate other daily manual payment requests received from tax, payroll etc.

* Payment research activities

* Bank Signers maintenance, ensuring that the signers for the bank accounts are current and

valid. Assist with removal of signers and addition of new signers as needed

* Assist with the KYC process

* Work on ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent experience

* 0 - 3 years' experience in Corporate Treasury or a related field

Desired:

* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills

* Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills including formulas

* Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, research analysis and problem-

solving skills

* Demonstrated high integrity and ethics in all activities

* SAP experience

* Treasury Workstation experience, Kyriba or similar

* Familiarity with banking portals

* International experience or exposure to different cultures
