Senior Analyst, Treasury and Controls

job purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Treasury and Audit, is responsible for supporting treasury functions, tracking and monitoring compliance with internal control audits, and providing support to internal and external audit requests for a rapidly growing company.

  • Assist in managing daily cash positioning and forecasting activities
  • Support bank account administration, including setup, maintenance, and compliance with banking agreements
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow trends to optimize liquidity management
  • Assist with payment processing, fraud prevention, and treasury-related controls
  • Support treasury system implementations and process improvements
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate bank reconciliations and alignment of cash management activities

  • Administer program to ensure compliance with internal audit remediation plans and that monthly audits of controls are being performed
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests

  • Recommend process improvements and action plans

skills/qualifications required:

• B.S. in Accounting/Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in Treasury required
• 2-3 years of experience in Internal or External Audit preferred
• Strong analytical, systems, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Highly curious and tolerant of ambiguity
• Proficient in Microsoft products, database software and other applicable accounting and financial software and systems.
