Requirements and Preferences

Work Schedule	Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Other Work/Responsibilities	Load and unload Surplus/Warehouse items, ensuring proper handling and organization. Receive and inspect shipments, stock shelves, and verify inventory accuracy. Assist customers with property viewings and facilitate the transfer of purchased items. Coordinate the placement of property to maximize warehouse space efficiency. Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding warehouse operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and Surplus Property areas. Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Minimum Experience/Education	High school diploma or equivalent.
Department Required Skills	Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
