Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Senior Manager, in collaboration with CUSO Financial Crimes Chief Administrative Officer and key stakeholders, is responsible for the design, development, and execution of the Financial Crimes ("FC") employee learning and communications strategy within the region. This role oversees and/or manages the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs. What will you do?

The expected salary range for this particular position is $110,000-$190,000 (New Jersey), $85,000-$150,000 (Minnesota) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
