Safety & Security Analyst

Under general supervision, independently provides project assistance for a wide variety of projects, related to safety, security, cybersecurity, emergency planning, continuity planning, and regulation compliance in these areas. Performs routine assignments which are clearly defined and require the application of standard analysis and planning techniques, procedures, and criteria.

• Preparing analysis details and outlines, technical specifications, studies and reports, project documents, and provides support of broader security and safety activities.
• Gathers and records information to be used for cost estimating.
• Performs research, studies, and prepares routine technical reports or sections of reports.
• Assignments may involve some unusual or difficult problems requiring job knowledge and abilities beyond entry level.
• Interfaces with clients and is able to work in multi-disciplinary teams and follow multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in safety and cybersecurity, including threat detection, incident response, or risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software is required.
• Understanding of financial data, budget tracking, and project analysis.
• Effective communication (writing & verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and/or as part of a team, and manage personal workload effectively.
• Ability to independently travel to client work sites for an extended time as needed.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

• A professional certification from a recognized safety, security, cybersecurity, or emergency management organization is required.
