Vice President of Sales - Logistics (Fully Remote | Travel Required)
Location: Remote (with up to 25% travel)
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 base + performance-based bonus
Industry: Logistics, Supply Chain, Port Drayage

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Vice President of Sales on behalf of our client, a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel required. We're seeking a strategic sales leader with a strong background in logistics-particularly in port drayage sales-to drive new business development and establish long-term partnerships in a competitive and dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with a servant leadership mindset, representing Vaco and our client with professionalism and integrity

  • Utilize market research and lead generation tools to identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with company goals

  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates to executive leadership

  • Use a consultative sales approach to present innovative and customized supply chain solutions to clients

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry

  • Stay informed of industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful port drayage sales experience

  • Proven experience within the logistics and supply chain industry (at least 5 years)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to close new business

  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ($130,000 - $180,000) + bonus

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
