The VP, Global Customer Advocacy and Clinical Excellence is responsible for providing strategic clinical direction and executive leadership over client relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Provides strategic clinical direction and executive leadership over client relationship.
  • Owns direct management responsibility for assigned client programs.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans and activities to ensure all client objectives are met.
  • Provides strategic clinical solutions to enhance the client's business.
  • Establishes the vision and clinical quality strategic objectives to meet Spacelabs and customer needs.
  • Creates an environment which delivers world class service to clients.
  • Ensures strong communication, partnering and relationship building, cross-functionally, across the organization and with Spacelabs 's customer base.
  • Participates in and coordinates client projects which may include but are not limited to, meeting outlined initiatives and strategies.
  • Participates in the development of corporate goalsetting including sales targets, capability development, and industry positioning.
  • Performs special projects as required.
  • Uphold the Company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the Company's values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
  • Performs special projects as requested

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years' hospital and relevant clinical and organizational leadership and industry experience at the executive leadership level.
  • Master's degree in relevant clinical discipline, Doctorate preferred, certification in quality and executive leadership required.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic organizational leadership at the executive level and hospital administration practices.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare reforms, patient outcomes, clinical and corporate issues required.
  • Ability to monitor a wide range of activities, participate in multiple projects, and act as a catalyst to assure execution.
  • Ability to work across all levels of management and be team focused.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail; strong decision-making skills.
  • Must have excellent writing and communication skills, specific to the presentation and communication with client executive staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a virtual office and virtual teaming experience.
  • Effective collaboration skills and experience.
