The NOC Supervisor manages the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, providing technical leadership to NOC technicians. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling in a 24x7 environment, and overseeing trouble tickets and alarms for MPLS, DWDM, and fiber optic networks. This role collaborates with Field Operations, Engineering, and Outside Plant teams.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years in a NOC or network engineering role
  • Preferred: College/Technical degree, Cisco/Nokia certifications, supervisory experience
  • Experience with DWDM, MPLS, SONET networks
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and multitasking skills


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain network devices and assets
  • Train and lead the NOC team
  • Provide 24x7 supervisory support



Estimated Min Rate: $70000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $85000.00
