Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Line Lead is accountable for ensuring that Production Lines are performing and in alignment with plant goals and objectives, safety standards, World Class Manufacturing and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

People engagement and involvement are critical in creating and sustaining our desired culture; therefore, the Production Line Lead will be responsible for leading by example and will be required to participate in Continuous Improvement projects.

Hours: Monday-Friday - 7:00am-4:00pm, OT as scheduled

Compensation: $24.93 an hour

Job Description:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the execution of all facility logistics associated with the shipment of company products to customers. In addition, the Warehouse - Shipping/Receiving Associate is to receive and check incoming supplies to company.

35% Shipping



  • Coordinates with Warehouse Shipping Coordinator (lead) to load trucks by date
  • Reviews pick list, accurately pulls, and assembles product for truck
  • Safely and timely loads the trucks, ensuring quantity and quality of products
  • Gives pick list to authorized associate for SAP processing
  • Ensures loading area is properly organized and housekeeping maintained


35% Receiving



  • Safely and timely unloads material from truck, comparing it to the pick list and BOL
  • Completes quality inspection of material, check in and date material, and distribute to production or inventory as needed
  • Follows procedures for proper receiving of all material


15% Warehouse Organization



  • Organizes finished product and raw materials, rotating as needed
  • Ensures housekeeping of area is maintained
  • Participates in 5S Continuous Improvement/Warehouse Optimization


15% Other:



  • Ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment
  • Relieves Production forklift drivers as needed
  • Participates in general maintenance of forklifts
  • Supports Production as needed
  • Participates in yearly and monthly cycle counts (occasional Saturday hours required)
  • Other duties as assigned

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years forklift driving
  • Proficient with software including MS Office
  • Experience using ERP for inventory management
