This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office. We are hiring either in our Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE office.

As a Product Marketer for the Institutional Division, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by supporting our efforts to drive awareness and engagement for our institutional products and solutions, including defined contribution lifetime income, pension risk transfer, stable value, funding agreements, and health savings accounts. This role will play a key part in developing compelling marketing materials, executing strategic initiatives, and supporting go-to-market strategies. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 8 people on the Marketing team in the Institutional division. Your colleagues will include a team lead, Sr. DCLI Product Marketer, as well as copywriting, design, and video production professionals. You will work closely with the DCLI Product Marketer and team mates to execute campaigns, and keep deliverables on track. You will also work cross-functionally with stakeholders in other Institutional teams such as the Institutional Retirement Solutions Group and our Global Institutional Investment Group, as well as our Business Strategy Acceleration Group.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Work with the team on the tactical execution and implementation of product marketing strategies (55%)
  • Create original concepts for marketing campaigns, working individually and as a part of a creative team (15%)
  • Consult and advise internal clients concerning project requirements (15%)
  • Maintain marketing projects and calendars and help keep projects on track with all stakeholders and marketing team (15%)

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, finance, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, experience in financial services, insurance, or retirement solutions strongly preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an ability to translate complex financial topics into engaging content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and digital content management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical, research and organizational/process and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$91,350.00 - $111,650.00
