Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Schedule (1st shift): Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4-day work week for better work-life balance).

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare parts for coating by loading and unloading them efficiently.
  • Operate coating equipment and perform light maintenance as required.
  • Utilize a forklift when necessary.
  • Adhere to production schedules while maintaining inventory records.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.



Qualifications: At least one year of experience in powder coating; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
