Job Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for the continuous creation and development of R.S. Hughes brand enhancement within digital and print marketing. This role is instrumental in managing the full scope of design projects to ensure high-quality results are achieved while meeting project deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate with different teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, deadline-oriented environment in the development of various designs and concepts. The Graphic Designer is expected to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of graphic design to assist with leading the R.S. Hughes Marketing Campaign. Target annual Base Compensation range for this exempt role is $67k - $72k DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Bachelors of Graphic Design (preferred)
Experience
5 years: Professional experience in graphic design and production (required)
