Marketing AI and Data Intern

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will support the PCG Market Research & Insights team in a variety of activities, including but not limited to:



  • Analyzing and Cleansing Data: Analyze and cleanse data for internal sales representatives' application and product portfolio optimization.
  • Generative AI Model Creation: Assist in the creation and validation of generative AI models.
  • Meeting Participation: Participate in various project and team meetings, take organized notes, and report on next steps.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation as required.
  • Status Updates: Provide ongoing status updates to PCG Market Research & Insights team members and divisional stakeholders throughout projects.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required:



  • Availability to work full time (37.5 hours per week) during Summer for at least 10 weeks, and physically present in downtown office at least 3 days per week
  • Strong Microsoft tools experience (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



Education:



  • Minimum high school education or equivalent
  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications or equivalent



Preferred:



  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Expected graduation date in 2026
  • Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
  • Completion of a business project management course or similar

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
  • Ability to self-manage to deadlines
  • An eagerness to learn and develop new or enhanced skills
  • Ability and interest in building collaborative working relationships

WORK SCHEDULE:



  • Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid: This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.



This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.
