As the Senior Director Sales Compensation Admin and Design, you will be responsible for all aspects of global sales organization sales compensation design and administration functions. Interfaces directly with senior sales and finance leadership and requires superior business acumen, communication, and collaboration behavioral competencies. This role supervises the sales compensation design and administration work of several manager-led teams. The Main Responsibilities
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Master's Degree with 3+ years experience preferred. Expert knowledge of sales compensation administration of quota-based, rate-based, and MBO specialty components. Thorough understanding of sales compensation costs, drivers and financial implications. Superior business acumen, communication, and collaboration behavioral competencies. Ability to articulate technical, financial and operating issues to team members and senior management. Experience managing others, ability to work cross functionality and ability to influence peers and other constituents. Compensation
