Summary Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a highly organized, creative and strategic Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication within the organization as well as enabling a staff culture of non-discrimination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal channels, crafting compelling communications and enhance employee engagement to promote Mary Free Bed culture, mission, values, and goals. Working onsite at our Grand Rapids campus, this individual will be generating content to reach teams throughout the system in unique and engaging ways. Essential Job Responsibilities
