The Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Director to join our team, focusing on transformational initiatives across the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization. In this leadership role, you and your team will partner with stakeholders to drive successful change management strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and support our strategic objectives.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Change Practice Development: As a leader, you will oversee a portfolio of change initiatives, guiding your team through transformation complexities. You will build a robust and effective change management practice aligned with the strategic goals of the CRO organization, and as a change leader, you will manage to outcomes, ensuring that change initiatives deliver the intended benefits and align with organizational goals. This includes developing, executing, and monitoring change initiatives throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Systematic Change Management: Lead team in developing, executing, and monitoring change management plans through a systematic process that includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure the successful adoption of changes by fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and supporting your team throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Transformation Strategy: Your team and portfolio will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement change management strategies, change roadmap, execution plans, and establish KPIs that align with organizational goals and facilitate transformation within the CRO organization.
  • Change Framework Development and Change Champion Network: Create and customize change management frameworks, tools, and processes to guide teams through transitions effectively. Establish, grow, and engage a community of change management champions across our commercial organization. Ensure the successful adoption of changes by fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and supporting your team throughout the change lifecycle
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and ensure buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Communication Planning: Design and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of changes on business operations and employee performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Build portfolio tracking to evaluate progress against change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders, and adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback and results.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, Six Sigma, or similar) is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving change initiatives to achieve organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with executive presence and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders and executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience working in a project-based environment, leading teams with multiple initiatives and portfolios simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, designing change strategy aligned to multiple executive stakeholders with common goals.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$149,084 - $198,779 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$156,539 - $208,718 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$163,993 - $218,657 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
