Progyny is seeking a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement intern to join a high impact cross-functional marketing team to craft messaging and positioning that communicates the value of our services in differentiated ways across enterprise buying verticals. This role requires an action-oriented, organized, creative, and resourceful individual with an interest in developing compelling B2B decision support content, while supporting improvement in our content management platforms and processes.

Progyny's internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to gain valuable corporate work experience while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the company. The internship program runs year-round based on the needs of each department, with a dedicated summer program that begins in June. Summer interns will be required to present to senior leadership on project(s) that they have completed during their time with Progyny. The internship program will align the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan. This is a paid internship with a hybrid schedule, requiring interns to work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote positions may also be available.Must be a current student at the start of the intern program.

What you'll do...

  • Write a 6-month cadence of B2B, buyer decision support content (informed by translating themes from market research) that supports priority sales nurture campaigns - helping buyers build a stronger business case for women's health benefits in the market. These may be a combination of:

  • Updating video scripts for product/sales videos

  • Landing pages to highlight new content

  • Slides and one pagers

  • Infographics based on findings from market research that appeal to specific buyer personas

  • Project manage the implementation of a new sales enablement platform and related proposal management tools, supporting the auditing, tagging and organization of content to optimize the user experience for sales reps.

  • As a capstone project, you'll interview internal stakeholders and summarize research that organizes key buying themes across priority personas, and present to the marketing and commercial leadership team.

About you...

  • Ability to collaborate closely with various team members and quickly adapt to feedback

  • Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables.

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Light design formatting skills in PowerPoint and Word preferred

  • Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver.

  • Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross functional resources and teams.

  • Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25-$50/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
