Project Manager - Property Condition Services
Overview NV5/GRS Group seeks a dedicated and experienced Project Manager/Reviewer. The ideal candidate will join the Real Estate Transaction Services group, perform technical reviews, and manage all aspects of the Quality Assurance process for Property Condition Assessments for all types of commercial property. We are hiring project managers with 5+ years of relevant experience in building sciences consulting or engineering due diligence or risk management-related services. While the position may require occasional physical field work, the primary tasks involve supporting field staff and reviewing their reports to ensure they are client-ready. This role is typically fulfilled as a remote employee. If a proximate NV5 office and space are available, the employee could operate part-time or full-time from this office location. Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle.

The pay range for this position in California is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
