About the role

This is a key role within the Finance Organization Reporting to the Director of FP&A. The Senior Manager, FP&A has responsibility to support and lead the FP&A processes in the South Region. The role involves providing financial planning support to the Regional Director of FP&A, Regional Chief Financial Officer, Senior Directors of Regional Finance and to other functional leaders within the Region. The South Region is comprised of various lines of business within the Reworld organization.

This position supports the Region and oversees regional functional cost centers, drives FP&A and management reporting process around the region, annual budget plan, forecasting, outlooks (weekly pulse), Long Range Plan (LRP), Cash flow reporting and will improve reporting tools across the south region including facility FP&A reporting.

The FP&A Manager will be an integral member of Reworld's South Region Finance team and will provide support to prepare financial executive level presentations related and will support scenario planning when required.

  • Support Director FP&A and Commercial Finance as well as CFO to partner with Corporate FP&A team to ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis that allow to monitor business KPIs and enable effective decision making.
  • Business partner as the key liaison with Overhead department leaders, providing regular support in reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis. Support modeling, tracking, and reporting on headcount and spending, including savings initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial organization to help enhance process to analyze, manage and report revenue results, forecast, and opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on consolidated regional performance against budget / prior year including financial walk across and bridges to generate insightful analytics for price and volume analytics.
  • Support the Director FP&A, Sr Regional Finance Directors and CFO to develop systems and processes to support Region's ability to forecast and budget to meet internal business needs as well as corporate planning requirements including:
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the region and corporate FP&A to develop forecasts and budgets, as well as with accounting teams to deliver monthly close processes.
  • Support to raise the capabilities of Regional FP&A to become a trusted/value added business partner.
  • Deliver expense analytics to support cost management allocation, expense reduction and support to improve budget and forecast accuracy.
  • Design, develop, and automate dynamic management reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced analytics to standardize and streamline decision-making.
  • Oversee calendar management and coordinate planning cycles-including forecast, budget, long-range plan, weekly pulses, and actuals-ensuring timely deliverables and milestone achievement.
  • Lead analytics and forecasting of commission expenses, including forecast accuracy, accrual management, and actuals analysis.
  • Support the facilities and operations team by centralizing corporate finance requests, streamlining processes, and implementing efficiencies.
  • Support cash flow analytics and KPIs, including spare parts inventory, DSO, DPO, and accounts receivables tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 7+ Years or equivalent experience in Finance Commercial, Finance FP&A, Finance Supply Chain.
  • Other Experiences: Product P&L, regional HQ, G&A expenses, cost control, process improvement and standardization.
  • Accountability, Collaboration, eager to learn, drive by results, manage ambiguity, self-management, self-motivated, critical thinking, and strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical, with ability to understand the impact of changes on financials and support to investigate corrective action.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to build a strong network across the organization.
  • Ability to work with a range of functionally diverse peoples, influencing them to get things done, and delivering value added business results that meet high quality requirements within deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, e.g. Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or Hyperion; SmartView Adhoc reporting
