Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a highly organized and motivated full-time Learning & Development Coordinator to work with our L&D team to create, coordinate, and implement learning programs and solutions companywide. You will work within our LMS environment to create and assign training that helps employees meet compliance needs and learn/develop skills. In-person training programs will need your skills to organize and coordinate onsite logistics. Working within our L&D team and HR department, you will assist in the design of programs, leading projects to create and deliver learning programs that meet company objectives. This opportunity is available at either our Middleton, WI or Chicago, IL office location. Responsibilities include: Deliverables
