Role: IAM Analyst Duration: 08 months Location: Chicago, IL 60604 - onsite 3 days per week Role Overview: Seeking a technical Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to enhance IAM processes, with a strong emphasis on business needs, compliance, and audit support, While no programming is required, the right candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to work well with the development team. Day to Day: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document IAM requirements Analyze existing IAM processes and identify improvement opportunities Support IAM-related audit and compliance activities Translate business needs into functional requirements for IAM systems Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams Provide subject matter expertise on IAM concepts and best practices Must Haves 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in IAM domains Hands on experience with IAM tools including: Okta, SailPoint and Microsoft Azure AD Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Experience working in cross-functional teams involving both technical and business stakeholders Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills No programming experience required, but strong technical background is necessary Plusses: CyberArk experience is nice to have Familiarity with audit or compliance processes is a plus
