Overall Summary:

The Account Manager coordinates and manages direct mail programs for large volume and high-profile direct mail accounts.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Oversee, plan, and implement client programs; execute in accordance with procedures and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.





  • Guide clients with expertise and value-added information.



  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to internal and external partners on /account development, schedule maintenance, production, mailing, pricing and billing requirements.



  • Strategize and inform regarding production opportunities and challenges; to alert customers on issues that may adversely impact successful job completion.



  • Integrate, plan and collaborate with teams throughout IWCO.



  • Prepare and communicate with client and internal departments to ensure all direct mail programs satisfy postal regulations.





  • Recommend alternate solutions that maintain internal controls; organize and facilitate meetings, negotiate and partner to drive efficient resolutions for internal and external improvements.



  • Proactively manage jobs and projects to ensure all critical milestones and deliverables achieve desired results.



  • Department-related project involvement as necessary.



  • Perform other (or other related) duties as applicable or assigned




Salary:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $60-75k/year

At IWCO, base pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location. Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:



  • Ability to partner and build solid business relationships.



  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; extensive visual proofing ability.



  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels within and outside the organization.



  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.





  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.



  • Adept at learning multiple systems and highly technical processes and procedures in a remote working environment.



  • Collaborative and committed; quality driven.



Education and Experience:



  • Business or related degree preferred; technical disciplines a plus.



  • 3+ years' Account Management experience preferred; in the direct mail, lettershop, print, and/or fulfillment industry advantageous.



  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, especially Excel.



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to work 8 hours consecutively.



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.



  • Occasional travel as required; up to 10% of time.


  • Pre employment background and drug screen required
