Day Co., Inc., a respected paving and excavation company that operates in Maryland and Virginia, is seeking a skilled Asphalt Field Technician to join our team. A successful candidate for this role will be responsible for supporting asphalt paving operations on construction projects by performing quality control testing, operating machinery, and ensuring materials meet required specifications. This role works closely with field crews, project managers, and lab personnel to maintain high standards in material placement and compaction. Job Duties:
