Description and Requirements

About the Role

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Digital Experience Manager to join our Lenovo Experience Group (LXG). In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end improvements across the digital tools and processes that support our International Sales Organization. Your work will directly influence how our sales and support teams engage with platforms, navigate the seller journey, and deliver results globally.

As the global process owner for your assigned platforms and processes, you will assess the impact of proposed changes across Lenovo's global ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with regional and functional teams to ensure enhancements align with business goals, support user needs, and deliver consistent value across all markets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about sales enablement, customer and user experience, and scalable, business-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the seller experience: Continuously improve sales tools and platforms to increase adoption, satisfaction, and overall impact (OSAT).
  • E2E Process & product ownership: Become an expert in assigned CRM and related solutions, guiding enhancements and process improvements to drive user success.
  • Collaborate on AI and automation initiatives: Partner with business units and technical teams to explore how AI and automation can be applied to optimize sales tools, processes, and user outcomes.
  • Analyze E2E impact: Assess the end-to-end impact of proposed process or platform changes, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Digital Transformation, IT, and Business Units (IDG, ISG, SSG) to align on strategy and execution.
  • Drive insights and innovation: Use surveys, shadowing, and feedback to uncover pain points and deliver actionable improvements in the sales journey.
  • Champion collaboration: Partner with seller-facing teams to help translate user needs into actionable improvements across sales tools and workflows.
  • Lead change and communication: Package and present improvements clearly to all stakeholders - including executives - and ensure regional focals understand updates and impacts.
  • Support issue resolution: Act as a liaison to resolve sales tool or process issues, escalate when needed, and drive root cause fixes for long-term improvement.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, sales enablement, digital transformation, or related roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Proven ability to analyze sales processes and data to drive meaningful improvements
  • Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and integrated sales tech stacks
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the digital tools that enable them
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive improvements with minimal direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable presenting to end users and executives
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making and reporting
  • User-centric approach to process design and platform enhancement
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Experience in project management and change enablement is a strong plus
