This is an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative onsite in Peachtree City, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Handle high volume incoming calls in a call center environment.

  • Provide prompt responses (within 24 hours) to written inquiries.

  • Log calls and emails; submit escalations, as needed.

  • Run daily reports and maintain standard work.

  • Provide product information regarding features, benefits, and functionality of products on a presale and post-sale basis.

  • Participate in cross training.

More about you

  • HS diploma, bachelor's degree highly preferred (open to recent college graduates), and experience in customer service or a call center environment

  • Well-developed analytic ability and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Knowledge of lighting products a plus

Salary:$28.65 to $47.74 per hour based on experience

Annual Performance Sharing Plan (PSP): Annual plan target of 2.5% of eligible earnings and is dependent upon the achievement of targeted business results
