The Sr A/B Testing and Optimization Analyst is responsible for a variety of project work to drive A/B testing & optimization efforts for UHC.com. The role will work within the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team leveraging enterprise tools to build great digital experiences for the end user.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • As part of the Digital Experimentation & Personalization team, you will work with various business partners across a highly-matrixed ecosystem to use qualitative and quantitative, and VoC data to proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive toward solutions
  • Be passionate about Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and continually curious about conducting in-depth analyses of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for test ideation
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms while tracking test data and personalized experiences
  • Translate highly complex data problems and observations in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Leverage Adobe Target and AEM content authoring capabilities to offer up highly-personalized and optimized experiences to site visitors on UHC.com. Will need to have experience with basic HTML and CSS
  • Enjoy documenting operational procedures, business standards and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners and subject matter experts
  • Having a highly analytical mind, great communicator, with great presentation skills

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in A/B testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO)
  • 2+ years of experience in web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • 2+ years of experience in workflow management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Kanban boards, Microsoft Planner)
  • Familiarity or experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS)
  • Solid Excel and PPT skills



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), troubleshooting, and discovering issues/errors
  • Experience in Qualitative UX & Survey technologies (e.g., GlassBox, Contentsquare, Fullstory, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma)
  • Familiarity or experience with custom code solutions using JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Accessibility (a11y) WCAG Guidelines 2.1 AA and proficiency with various accessibility assessment tools and screen readers
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer & Adobe Launch)
  • Proven track record of managing and owning projects from conception to setup, deployment and post-project assessment

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
