As a Security Officer - Screener in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Screener in the Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting routine patrols and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service and communication. This position values agility, reliability, and innovation, with a focus on teamwork and integrity. While a Guard Card/License is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Texas Security Professional Guard Card required.
• Possess a valid Guard Card/License; preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
