What You'll Bring to the Table:



  • A positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist-bonus points for experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle tasks and stay organized in a dynamic work setting



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and politely
  • Enter customer information, orders, and inventory data accurately
  • Support team members and departments with general administrative duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
