Work Schedule:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Program Director, Center for High Value Imaging (CHVI) to:



  • Develop and mature CHVI for UW Health in support of improved patient access and hospital capacity.
  • Foster partnership and collaborate with resources and leaders across the health system and University of Wisconsin School of Public Health (UWSMPH) to improve patient access to imaging, improve operational efficiency and workflow, and to enhance the coordination of care for imaging care.
  • In partnership with the Medical Director of CHVI and other key stakeholders, develop and implement a comprehensive and sustainable strategy and roadmap aligned with UW Health Strategic Playbook.

Education:

Required - Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred - Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

Required - Five years relevant experience in the management of Radiology operations in a large academic or complex health system.

Preferred - Administrative or executive level leadership of Radiology operations in a large academic or complex health system.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred - Epic Cadence, Radiant, Analytics, Lean Six Sigma certification.
