The Clinical Resource Analyst focuses on identifying supply sources, supplier contracts, and cost management. The goal is to secure best-in-class industry pricing through contracted vendors. The individual should possess knowledge or experience in principles and concepts related to sourcing, contract/vendor management and strong implementation skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent in a combination of relevant experience and education.
• 3-5 years of clinical or healthcare industry experience, i.e, surgical tech, sterile processing tech, LPN Medical product knowledge required.
• Excellent math skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with a corporate ERP system.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain experience preferred
• Exposure and familiarity with multiple technology platforms.
• Experience with large data sets preferred.
• Healthcare supply chain/GPO knowledge preferred.
• Healthcare purchasing or analytics experience preferred
