We're searching for a highly-talented and driven leader to join our team as the Vice President of Product Marketing. In this role, you will lead the platform product marketing, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations teams for Snowflake and be responsible for messaging and go-to-market strategy across Snowflake's full product portfolio including AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, Applications & Collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead product marketing, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations for Snowflake's full product portfolio including AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, Applications & Collaboration.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product adoption.

  • Collaborate and drive alignment cross-functionally with teams across product and sales to maximize business success.

  • Grow, mentor, and manage a team of product marketers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 15-20 years of proven product marketing experience related to analytics, business intelligence, AI, data engineering, or data management.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven ability to hire and foster incredible talent.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a depth of experience in developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal and external leaders at a board level.

  • Deep understanding of data technologies and the market.

  • BS/BA, MBA preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of time

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $291,000 - $443,100.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
