Forklift Operator

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. You'll play a key role in supporting production, inventory management, and logistics operations.

Essential Job Details:

• Operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to transport materials
• Loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and storage racks
• Moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
• Performing inventory tasks like scanning, tracking, and staging materials
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting maintenance issues
• Maintaining clean, organized work zones
• Adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks preferred
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures and noise levels
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
