Key Account Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - South Florida & Puerto Rico

In this role, you are responsible for generating new agent network relationships and managing existing agent relationships for Western Union to align with delivering on sales goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and expand new agent network relationships within the assigned geographic area, including multi-state opportunities. This includes identifying and securing omni-channel opportunities-across retail, digital, and hybrid models-as well as negotiating new contracts.
- Maintain and support existing agent relationships by managing contract renewals, providing business support, and monitoring network performance.
- Serve in a consultative capacity to manage partner relationships, drive product cross-selling, and increase revenue and transaction volume while optimizing overall profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute business development initiatives, marketing campaigns, events, and implementation efforts.
- Generate and analyze reports to proactively identify growth opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Promote and sell the full range of Western Union portfolio brands and services.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to accounts within your designated regional territory.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goals.
Role Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in a field-based role.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business to meet or exceed growth targets within a defined territory.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong "hunter" mindset and executive presence.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage portfolio of accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
- Experience in the check cashing industry is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Fluency in English is required.
- Bilingual/bi-cultural experience is highly desired.
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required as this position requires regular travel within a defined territory.
- Prior money transfer or financial services experience is preferred.

Salary
The base salary range is $95,000 - $110,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a commission incentive that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
