Associate Director Projects (remote) Cognizant Technology Solutions in LSMG is seeking for an Associate Director Projects who could join our team of Engineering professionals in a permanent role. Roles & responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of Rockwell FTPS solutions to meet business requirements. * Oversee the integration of Rockwell FTPS with existing systems to ensure seamless operations. * Provide technical expertise and support to the development team in Rockwell FTPS. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features. * Develop and maintain documentation for Rockwell FTPS configurations and customizations. * Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Rockwell FTPC in a timely manner. * Ensure that all product enhancements align with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. * Monitor industry trends and advancements in Rockwell FTPS to keep the company at the forefront of technology. * Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and advanced techniques in Rockwell FTPS. * Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product development tasks effectively. * Provide detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management. * Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within the stipulated timelines. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in Rockwell FTPS. * Have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. * Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Show proficiency in technical documentation and reporting. * Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. * The ideal candidate will have expertise in Rockwell FTPS and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless integration within our systems. Applications will be accepted until April 22nd 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,470 K -$181,000 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
