Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Systems Administrator, Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The role of the Systems Administrator, Specialist is to provide advanced guidance and design for on-premise and cloud-based architecture consisting of virtualized resources that support multi-tiered high-availability cluster applications, services, databases, and capabilities using various cloud services, platforms, and operating systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements validation for FileNet software platform based document management system.
  • Develop data model and environment design specification document for the base FileNet configuration for Development, Test and Production environments.
  • Install and configure FileNet software in Development, Test and Production environments.
  • Keep monitoring the latest versions and upgrade the FileNet based software.
  • Install and configure IBM Content Navigator (ICN) software in Development, Test and Production environments.
  • Configure FileNet document classes and security.
  • Migrate the FileNet based artifacts based on FDM tool .
  • Install and configure IBM WebSphere software. Upgrade the WebSphere and remove security vulnerability .
  • Configure Oracle database for FileNet software.
  • Integrate FileNet software platform with Single Sign-on software for user authentication.
  • Configure content repository.
  • Configure user profiles and groups.
  • Configure ICN desktops and search templates.
  • Monitor and provide performance tuning to system components as required to ensure optimum system function.
  • Participate in disaster recovery activities.
  • Experience administering FileNet workflows.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR a minimum of 10+ years of experience with IBM FileNet Content Management and P8 Administration and Support.
  • 8+ years of FileNet System design and implementation, experience in FileNet P8 administration and FileNet Workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, as needed to support the document management community of practice within IT.
  • Workflow design, development and deployment in lower and higher environment.
  • Write custom Java utility using FileNet APIs to process worktimes and document processing.
  • Experience in installing and configuring IBM Content Navigator (ICN), ICN desktops and search templates, user profiles and groups, Content Repository, Document Classes, Indexes and Scanning (OCR), CSS, CMIS.
  • JavaScript, Rest and SOAP API based utility development.
  • Hands on Experience in OpenLDAP IDP its administration.
  • Hands on experience configuring and integrating FileNet system with IBM WebSphere software and Oracle Database Software.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience providing technical mentoring and coaching to project team members.
  • Experience in configuring Capture workstations/scanners.
  • Experience working in a Cloud Environment (Oracle, AWS, IBM, Azure).
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a team.
  • Working knowledge of J2EE application servers like JBOSS, Oracle web-logic, Apache Tomcat and Apache/IBM/iPlanet HTTP Server.
  • Ability to make optimum use of resources and creative analytical thinking.
  • Any other automation tools set-up and usage that aids in process improvement.
