Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Functional Lead who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in SAP SD and SAP Standard Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions.
• Supervise the end-to-end Order to Cash process ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP SD configurations and customizations.
• Conduct system testing and solve issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Train and mentor junior team members on SAP SD functionalities and processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business policies in Brazil and LATAM.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
• Support the Finance & Accounting Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains with SAP SD expertise.
• Coordinate with customers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive recommendations for enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote user adoption and knowledge sharing.

• Must have extensive experience in SAP SD
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Consistent track record of successful SAP SD implementations.
• Must be meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in conducting system testing and resolving issues.
• Able to develop and maintain detailed documentation.
• Able to train and mentor junior team members.
• Must be proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business policies.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
