At least 2 years of healthcare administrative experience is REQUIRED** * Handles order for medical devices. * Receive the orders from the sales team and process benefit and insurance verification, (have they met their deductible, what is there out of pocket, and manages the order) * Plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks and orders * Contacting insurances on eligibility and coverage * Managing orders and partnering with sales team on any issues or outstanding balances. * Following up on medical records and faxes from the clinic in regards to orders. Skills * insurance verification, customer service, sales support, eligibility and benefits Additional Skills & Qualifications * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. * MS suite * Knowledge of insurance requirements * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
