Position: Manager | Enterprise IT Execution

Department: Project Management Office (PMO)

Location: Hybrid. Candidates must reside in WI, MI, MN, or IA to be considered.

Position overview:

The Enterprise IT Execution Manager will oversee the Enterprise IT Execution Function, including Agile and traditional Waterfall execution Management Office. This role involves managing and providing oversight of all enterprise and regional IT project management resources. The manager will bring business acumen and IT execution models to align programs, projects, and work teams with strategic and operational goals. Additionally, the role ensures that the IT execution function operates in complete alignment with the enterprise operating model. Responsibilities include project scorecard reporting, analysis of all projects, impacts to specifications/scope, budget, delivery timetables, and resource capacity versus demand.

What you'll do:

  • Technical Fluency: Demonstrates confidence and critical thinking to ask the right questions across security, infrastructure, networking, and analytics.

  • Project Leadership: Drives execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Anticipates gaps in planning and escalates appropriately.

  • Effective Communication: Bridges communication between leaders, analysts, engineers, and vendors-translating technical jargon into business impact and vice versa.

  • Relationship-Driven: Builds cross-functional relationships at all levels, engaging leadership to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

  • Strategic Alignment: Assists in developing IT Execution functional goals and strategies that align with enterprise and regional objectives.

  • Resource Management: Analyzes resource capacity versus demand, ensuring effective operations and fiscal accountability.

What you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in information technology, digital systems, computer science, information technology project management or similar field or equivalent years of education and experience.

  • Experience: 5+ years of Information Technology (IT) or digital systems related execution experience, to include 3+ years IT portfolio/program/product/Agile management of large, complex programs/projects/work teams. Demonstrated experience with IT execution models and enterprise maturity of execution centers of excellence. Experience leading team in agile, waterfall and lean six-sigma methodology.

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), Agile, or Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) certifications desired.
