Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assist Head of Brands in monitoring daily management operations by attending and coordinating internal management meetings and interpreting and reporting activities back. Communicate with direct reports on an ongoing basis and monitor departmental goals and activities.

  • Strategic planning: Help shape long-term strategies and ensure the company's strategic goals are met. Develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives that align with the company's long term growth objectives.

  • Project management: Manage key projects, including budgets, schedules, and expenses.

  • Team management: Oversee staff, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.

  • Communication: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and ensure the vision and strategy is communicated effectively.

  • Decision support: Provide insights and support high-level decision-making.

  • Cross functional Alignment: Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Contracts, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Finance, & Business Development to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

  • Business Development: Lead Initiatives to expand market presence, foster relationships and partnerships, and drive new revenue streams.

  • Market Analysis: conduct in depth market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities. Work across commercial business units to ensure most recent financial, competitor, market reports are collected and organized for Head of Promoted Brand Business.

  • Steers multi-disciplinary teams supporting strategic project designed to improve/compliment various operational aspects of Brands, including but not limited to:

  • Sales Meetings - Fast Starts, POAs, NASMs, etc.

  • Executive Meeting cadence for Promoted Brand team, Promoted Brands Commercial update from Sales Teams, consolidate and prepare update for Leadership

  • Direct PMO support and commercial Launch support

  • Lead in meeting planning for Leadership meetings. Use strong organizational and leadership skills to work across organization and lead a team to plan and drive meetings.

  • Partner with Executive Assistant to manage overall meeting calendar for Heads Promoted Brand Division for internal key meetings, as well as external partner meetings and/or conferences.

  • Assist with NA Brands communication initiatives. Work closely with communications and legal for timely and accurate updates.

  • Create measurable success metrics and monitor progress of strategic objectives throughout the brands business

  • Manage all daily project oversight activities, including project schedule development, project budget, intra-division liaison, project communication, and status reporting.

  • Serve as a liaison between Brand's and other business units.

  • Travel as necessary to complete the tasks above.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Contract management, working with vendors and budget experience is required. Must possess knowledge of FDA regulations, company policies and budgeting procedures.

  • Must possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organization, writing and project management skills. Must be detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to multi-task. Must possess computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Position functions autonomously.

  • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.

  • Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to compute ratios, percentages, and rate and calculate predictive statistics. Must possess the ability to draw and interpret bar graphs and pie charts. Must have an understanding of financial modeling.

  • Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.

  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $151,000.00 - $314,000.00 USD.
