Hospital Assistant II PURCHASING AND STORES Full Time 84512BR Job Summary The Hospital Assistant II is responsible for the receipt, delivery, and shipping of all items delivered to the UCSF Medical Center Materiel Services central receiving area. They are responsible for verifying, checking, recording incoming shipments accurately, as well as reporting damages, shortages, overages and expired shipments to the senior lead or supervisor. The Hospital Assistant II is responsible for obtaining signature from recipient of shipment. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.63 - $36.99 (Hourly Rate).
